Refund Eligibility
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide necessary details for a return or exchange. In the case of an incorrect item or wrong product being delivered, please reach out to us immediately and we will rectify the situation by arranging a return or exchange option. In order for the return to be accepted, the item must be undamaged and free of any signs of wear and tear. To ensure a successful return, all tags, packaging, and invoices must be preserved. If any of these items are not included, the return may not be processed. In an event when the ordered item is not in its original condition or has missing parts, you can contact our support team within 48 hours and will try to resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team. Kindly provide them with the necessary details, including your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with returning the item.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method you used for the purchase. After the returned item is received and inspected, you can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable unless we made an error. In the event we made an error, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs for you.
Exceptions to Refunds
Please note that downloadable digital products, such as e-books or software, cannot be returned or refunded once they have been accessed or downloaded. Additionally, custom-made or personalized products are also non-returnable and non-refundable. Perishable goods, including food and flowers, are not eligible for returns or refunds due to their nature. It is important to understand that these categories have specific exceptions and any of these exceptions will be clearly communicated to you during the purchase process.
