Please note that the actual delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on the shipping method chosen, the destination, and external factors like weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.  

In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving it. To ensure transparency, the shipping fees are clearly displayed before you confirm your order. This way, you can review and understand the shipping costs associated with your purchase before finalizing the transaction. 

Accuracy of Address 

To ensure successful delivery, it is crucial to provide an accurate shipping address during the checkout process. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or misdeliveries that occur due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. However, please note that once an order is processed, changes may not always be feasible. This is because our team begins preparing the shipment for dispatch, which may hinder the modification of certain details. It is recommended to double-check the accuracy of your shipping information before finalizing your order to avoid any potential complications.   

Order Changes and Cancellations  

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team either via email or telephone and provide them with your order number along with your cancellation request. It is important to note that cancellations can only be made within 48 hours of purchase. Once an item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Access your account and navigate to the 'Order' section to initiate the cancellation process. The cancellation request can be submitted from there. Once your order is canceled, it will be carefully inspected by our team, and if approved, a refund will be issued to you in accordance with our Refund Policy.
